Power Gas and Brake

The Power Gas Brake controls the gas and brake functions with a joystick that can accept any orthotic device. Its position is customizable to accommodate the driver’s range of motion.

Acceleration is controlled by an electric gas board. Max acceleration voltage can be calibrated with the hand control. When braking, a brake actuator physically presses the brake pedal but does not hold it. This allows an able bodied driver to apply the brake without disengaging the actuator.
