These terms constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully. Manatee Mobility Vans will allow several different opportunities, such as entering a phone number online, to opt-in to SMS services. The opt-in received will be: “You are receiving this message because you opted in to receive text messages from us regarding an accessible wheelchair van rental. Do you give us permission to continue via SMS communications or would you prefer a phone call?”“You are receiving this message because you opted in to receive text messages from us regarding inventory at our Fort Myers location. Do you give us permission to continue via SMS communications or would you prefer a phone call?”“You are receiving this message because you opted in to receive text messages from us regarding inventory at our Bradenton location. Do you give us permission to continue via SMS communications or would you prefer a phone call?” You can cancel the Service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the office number that is messaging you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and we will remove SMS as an acceptable form of communication under your account. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to any of our office lines. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our Service as well as how to unsubscribe. We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers. Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.
